PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang mengelola merek perancang busana cepat asal Jepang bernama MINISO. MINISO pertama kali hadir di Indonesia pada 25 Februari 2017 di Mal Taman Anggrek, Jakarta Barat.

Saat ini PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading sedang membuka Lowongan Kerja untuk menempati posisi sebagai :

Admin Buyer (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring all purchasing documents invoices, purchase orders, contracts, etc are properly stored and organized
• Coordinate with related department to ensure about purchase product needs
• Assisting buyers team in placing orders with vendors suppliers
• Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction)
• Assisting the buyers team in monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely procurement of required items
• Do other duties related to product department needed

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in administration/related position
4. Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written) & proficient in Ms Excel
5. Having good understanding in retail businees and market connection
6. Dynamic and willing to work in underpressure situation
